We are big fans of Shipley Doughnuts, but they have been out of apple fritters the last 3 or 4 times we've gone there. We have gone around 11:30am on Saturdays. Give the people what they want ???But we still love them. My kids just order pink sprinkles instead ;)
This was my 2nd time to Shipleys and last, unfortunately. With no one in the drive thru but myself, I waited for about 4 minutes before someone came to the window. I ordered 2 sprinkle donuts, 2 different kolaches, a dozen donut holes and 2 new Oreo Donuts. My kolache was hard and stale, the creme for all 4 donuts was very messy and looked like the donut I shared in the photo. The taste was not bad but not good either, it reminded me of Walmart donuts.
