It was busy and they were working hard, but I sat waiting at Stall 16 while three cars came in and out next to me. Guess the button wasn't working. I did a mobile order and then I got my food. I wish there had been an out of order sign

They are always courteous and prompt. We never wait more than 10 mins for our food when we order at the stall. When picking up it's usually ready as we pull up give or take a minute. This is the Indiana and 49th location.

My boyfriend and I just went to Sonic. We had the lovely experience of interacting with Nicholas tonight. He was very kind and asked to make sure we got everything we needed and asked for. He was very friendly and made a wonderful experience. Way to go Nicholas! You’re doing a fantastic job!
