They are always courteous and prompt. We never wait more than 10 mins for our food when we order at the stall. When picking up it's usually ready as we pull up give or take a minute. This is the Indiana and 49th location.

My boyfriend and I just went to Sonic. We had the lovely experience of interacting with Nicholas tonight. He was very kind and asked to make sure we got everything we needed and asked for. He was very friendly and made a wonderful experience. Way to go Nicholas! You’re doing a fantastic job!

Whenever I went to Sonic the manager Jose was in such a disrespectful mood and also I have heard from his employees that he was like that the entire day. I just love who I got though and I honestly hope that he gets his act together. I feel terrible for the people who are working underneath him. But the girls are so sweet
