I had an amazing customer service experience this morning. I wish I would have asked her name. She was blonde with glasses and told me a captain Hook joke. She had a fantastic attitude that brightened my day. This is the best service I’ve ever had at Starbucks and probably any location in my life. Today after I ordered through the drive thru, my car stalled when only a few cars away from the pickup. The staff was amazing. My order was brought to me. Two young men that work here offered to help move my car. Unfortunately, the car was locked in park. They offered me coffee or water as I waited for my friend to jumpstart my car. Our favorite Starbucks! This location is within walking distance of our house so we visit often. About half the time I bring one or both of my dogs with me as they LOVE pup cups! Today, I visited on my way home with lunch and the barista remembered that I had dogs and asked if I would like a pup cup for them. It seriously made my day. And the dogs were SO excited when I got home!
