The sweet baristas were so kind today when I placed a mobile order for a medicine ball and proceeded to have a coughing fit at the window when I tried to tell them my name. They made the best tea and wrote me a little note. It was a small act but it absolutely made my day. This is such a great location with the kindest humans.

I had an amazing customer service experience this morning. I wish I would have asked her name. She was blonde with glasses and told me a captain Hook joke. She had a fantastic attitude that brightened my day. This is the best service I’ve ever had at Starbucks and probably any location in my life. She suggested her favorite refresher which is amazing and I got an egg white and spinach omelette wrap, and it was hot and fresh and it was so good. She suggested a side of Sriracha...

Today after I ordered through the drive thru, my car stalled when only a few cars away from the pickup. The staff was amazing. My order was brought to me. Two young men that work here offered to help move my car. Unfortunately, the car was locked in park. They offered me coffee or water as I waited for my friend to jumpstart my car. The sweetest staff ever. Even the customers in line were so nice and a few offered to help. Great to know that people are so kind and willing to take...
