We are from Plainview Tx and tonight was our 1st time there but Omgeezeee this was probably the best customer service we've ever had! All the staff was smiling everyone was friendly very very positive atmosphere.. I could go on and on and shout out to Ty and all the other staff on the side where the bathrooms are were on point! Thank you for the awesome food and the most amazing customer service! Blessings to y'all!???The lady with the blue hair ?
The food was good, but my wings did not have much sauce on them (I know some people prefer that). The restaurant is busy on big sports night which makes the wait for service a little long. Seems like scheduling could be better to allow for more staff. I do love the BWW setup with tall tables and tons of tv's.

Sat ourselves. Ordered drinks quickly. Once order was in it was 45 minutes before waitress said we have two cooks. Let me check on your order. Hour wait total. Took us 15 minutes to eat. Hard to cut with plastic utensils. Then took 25 more minutes for our waitress to show up to pay. Overall, a good two hours with 15 minutes being eating. Also expensive! Not impressed enough to rush back.
