Went in and got a 7 piece chicken tenders with okra the food tasted like it was from lunch and I only got 8 pieces of okra if I am going to pay 15.99 for a meal I want my full portion. I called the manager to see if she'd make it right which she tried but I had to come in today. Weird place. Not very courteous at all. Asked for a few more napkins in the drive thru and they kind of gave me an attitude. Decided to just leave. It felt like I was bothering the two big girls behind the counter the entire time. Zero other customers when I was there. Nice building, food was soggy.
I did drive thru at this location. It is MY FIRST TIME EVER @ A Chicken Express. I ordered 3 catfish with okra & 2 chicken thighs with corn on cob & roll.It was a little wait for the freshly cooked CATfish & HUSHPUPPIES, but OH MY GOOSNESS, it was worth the wait.It tasted fabulous & extra okra was put into to go box because of the wait.They were so kind & efficient.
