If you order food delivery from this store, be prepared to be robbed. This morning I placed an order for a sandwich, coffee, and oatmeal. What arrived? Only the coffee—delivered in a half‑sealed bag. Two‑thirds of my order was missing.

This isn’t the first time. I previously canceled an order and was charged $18 for the cancellation, despite no proof the food was ever prepared. The store kept the money under the guise of a “convenience fee.” Now they have the audacity to send me an incomplete order after charging me in full.

Let’s call this what it is: theft. If I walked into the store and took food without paying, the police would be involved immediately. Why is it acceptable for the store to take my money and send me less than what I paid for? Customers deserve better.

It’s not complicated—use a checklist, a marker, or a highlighter to confirm each item before sealing the bag. Paying customers should not have to fight for the basic expectation of receiving the food they ordered. This store needs to be held accountable and penalized for stealing from its customers.

Please look into the problem in your location, ordered online order, app said its ready to pick up, came to the location, none of mine is available, then I did calmly ask the barista after 10 more minutes of waiting on them, she side eyed me, then 7 minutes later, slammed my leaked, messed up drinks on the pick up table. This location has been my favorite but this is the 3rd time that this happened.

This Starbucks should be a business model for every location. The staff and management here are truly exceptional. You can feel their good energy the moment you walk in—they’re always friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to make every single customer happy. Every visit is consistent, and the service is outstanding.

I order in the app in advance so my wait time is minimal. The staff there goes above and beyond, remembering me every time and my order since I usually order the same drink. Even at peak times they are super friendly and get my order out as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this location!
