Subway in Lubbock

“I live across town by another subway location but choose to drive to this location. They always, most importantly, have cash change and are fully stocked, unlike some of the other locations. All of the employees have great attitudes and give outstanding service!!!!“

“Great subs and very clean restaurant. Must go to the one on 19th across from Boltons. You can see your food been made and the services were excellent. I thing I did not like was one individual working in the store with 10 customers as a female. Not safe at all.“

“The food was delicious but like every other subway shop in Lubbock they are under staffed. This guy ask his Co worker whom was leaving to stay and he said no. He was swamped with online orders and then my 3 orders along with all those that were in there. Horrible. The local owners need to fix this.“

“I ordered a 6" Black Forest Ham sub with southwest Chipotle dressing on their new artisan bread. The bread was a nice improvement and upgrade over their old bread. Ingredients were fresh, sandwich prep area was clean. Service was prompt and courteous. A nice change if your looking for something quick and you can have it anyway you like, that's the great part.“

“THIS Subway is by far the best in Lubbock, so far.
Every time I come in Lynda and fellow staff are welcoming, kind, fast, and all products are full and FRESH.
Other locations such as 6302 Frankford, 6301 19th and 4412 50th are some of the WORST. Almost made me avoid SUBWAY altogether.
But THIS location, always keeps me coming back because of its excellence.“

“I just wanted to leave a review to give some praise to one of the workers (fionna) very impressed with her work ethic. I've been here 3 times this week alone (dont judge me my 7yr old has a new found love for sandwiches 🤣). And every single time they were pretty slammed with people and online orders pouring in like crazy. This woman stayed busy busting butt, slinging out sandwiches, making salads, hustling back and forth to complete these orders all while being super polite, sweet, and patient with the customers. It's rare to see such hard working people in the food industry these days so I feel she really deserves some praise for handling the rush as well as she did. Food was good too!“

“I went in to get one of my favorite creations foot long, rotisserie chicken, pepper jack, jalapeños, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives,red onion,bell pepper salt and pepper with sweet onion sauce, honey mustard and mayo..The line was long and two ladies in front of me, had large orders, I was impressed with the young Beautiful Woman that was operating under the pressure with ease, she kept her cool, got it done and on to the next customer. “We have visited here several times and understand the shortage of staff. However there was a young lady working solo that was not frustrated, or unprofessional. She served us a great sandwich. I thought this attitude should be commended, as she was doing the best that she could given the circumstances.“

“This is the best subway ever, customer service from a girl was amazing she had everyone in and out of there in no time the only thing that made me alittle sad was that she was working by herself and no help but she had sparkling energy and didn’t let that get in her way I can really tell how hard working she is but I highly recommend that subway store and I hope I get the same service from her again!!
