Always the slowest and worst customer service of all subways I’ve been to. Store needs better training

This is the nastiest Subway location in town! For being relatively new, it's baffling that the quality and location is so bad. The single staff member can't keep up. Bread is always stale. They are always out of menu items. They can't follow an order to save their lives. Tonight we ended up with someone else's order entirely and our drinks weren't even filled up halfway. This is the second horrible experience I've had here and we won't be back. Really wish the management would look at the reviews and make some changes. But we'll be going back to Firehouse Subs from here on. I bet this location doesn't last very long. Shame.

This was the worst subway experience I’ve ever had!!!! The bread was HARD AS A ROCK. No sweet tea and the girls said they can’t make anymore, that only the manager could do this🤔they also told me they couldn’t take a complaint not even about the hard bread!!! Their work space was filthy. Almost all of the stainless holders were empty!!! Will tell everyone I know not to eat here at this subway!!! No surprise you only have a 2.3 rating at this store!!! Completely discussed!!! Will not return!!

The fact that at lunch hour your waiting 30 minutes to order and get a sandwich is beyond me, the guy right now making the sandwiches is doing the best he can but there is clearly not enough workers here at lunch hour and the other two people are just standing there not really even helping him

My wife and I went to Subway and we met with Mida, the General Mgr.
Our Church is holding an event and needed some boxed lunches…Mida took her time…she listened to our need and immediately got to work and put together a very economical plan to meet our need.
Mida is very Customer friendly and she put aside her store’s interest and fulfilled our need.
Mida is a very much needed “throwback customer first” Manager…there’s not many like her with her people skills around.
We will definitely recommend Subway to our friends…Mida definitely has the Midas touch!!!

Normally, this Subway is extremely clean with excellent service. There was 1 employee working who was working counter & pickup orders while customers kept coming in. She was overwhelmed. 2/3 of the items were out because she couldn't get to the back to get refills. The restaurant hadn't been swept or tables wiped off for a good while. Management, you should be shamed of yourself. Go help your employees.

Ordered a foot long on 05/05/2025 with Uber eats and received my food about close to 8pm after paying $19+ uber tip my order was completely wrong . I called the Subway a few times and no one answered . I paid Uber another $10 to go to Subway and what do you know ? The employee is just sitting down .
Now I normally don’t write these reviews but I’ve called a number of times after my order was delivered and no one picked up but than arriving there to see the employee lounging around while another one was in the back boiled my blood even more .
Came inside and regardless I still was polite, showed my receipt of what I ordered and opened up my sandwich to show him that the bread was not the correct bread it was missing onions (Which they didn’t have understandable but should of told uber eats driver ) barely any meat and no cheese . He looked surprised that it was made like that when he was the one who made it (hahaha can’t make this up) I told him because of their mess up I had to pay Uber $10 just to come back up here and now I spent a total of $30 for a freaking waste of a sandwich . Not an apology or my bad or anything . The food was for my wife who is not feeling well and I don’t have time to play with these types of employees at subway . By far the worse , I don’t know who that worker is but he was a Mexican dude walking around with AirPods in .
Subway needs to train their employees of Hospitality , heck I’m a manager would you like to hire me to train your employees since you don’t do a good job ?
Will not be ordering from that subway anymore plus I will contact the manager at that store if they ever pick up .

Apparently they don’t understand food safety.
I asked if they could remake my sandwich and toast it due to me being pregnant, that’s the only way I can eat it and have been CRAVING subway. The lady told me all she could do was toast it. I’m a manager of a fast food restaurant and ONE. You don’t take food back that somebody has touched and put it on any equipment. You throw it away! TWO she toasted my sandwich that had lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber on it. Are those veggies that can be eaten hot? No. But I’m pregnant and was literally in tears crying my eyes out bc I wanted this specific sandwich so badly.
I took three bites before I picked all the veggies off and I just woke up puking my brains out. From a fast food manager, this is just absolute laziness and lack of food safety knockledge and this needs to be addressed instantly. Thanks for getting me sick subway!! Will not be coming back to this location.

This subway is hands down the worst location that I’ve ever been to. Every time we come here there is ALWAYS a problem. Either out of items constantly, unsanitary food preparation practices or they have one person running the place during the busiest time of day. This place will for sure be one that closes down soon if they don’t get it together. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. One is a little too much.

Everytime I have came to this location there is always an issue. Constantly out of ham, or there is no bread.
The woman making our sandwiches was patient, kind and helpful with us trying to decide what we wanted.

I don’t understand how this restaurant has a 2 star rating!! Not accurate according to the great service we received for the two ladies work this morning at 11:00am on 02/24/24 great service very friendly great experience for my first time at this subway you made my grandmas and I experience one to remember thank you ~ the guy in the Stitch Shirt
