We ordered a dozen cookies, and included a picture of what we wanted. The cookies we received are not even close to what we ordered. And we are short a cookie. Do not recommend.

The food is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, but the coffee drinks are way overpriced.

This place reminded me of “Must be Heaven” in Brenham but it did not live up to the hype. On the good news front the workers were not as rude as some other reviewers mentioned. We had the banana split pie, key lime pie, and chocolate cake. They were average at best, definitely not worth going out of our way for. When in a small town like Lubbock you just expect places like this to be “country good.” This place misses the mark…

Great coconut cream pie.Would love to have it with meringue vs whipped cream topping, but still stellar.

Not very friendly, and that includes some of the employees and all of the guests. The guest stared at our group as if we did not belong there. Very uncomfortable. The food prices are ridiculously high, and the portions were meager. The guests will not have to worry, we will not return.

Good bakery for ordering Cakes for special events. I was a bit hesitant to order from Sugarbakers because the yelp reviews have quite a few bad experiences noted. I ended up preordering an 8" cake due to a personal recommendation from a family member. For me, the experience was smooth. I will say my email was never responded to- so I had to call & was then able to place an order. The cake ended up being delicious and pretty.

With high prices, you think you would get better service, didn't get a name but wish I did, lady at the window was rude seems like she doesn't like her job or just don't like working with the public maybe she needs to find a new job ( glad i didn't tip her) They I called to talk to the owner and was told he was to busy to talk to me and he didn't handle complaints then who in the heck does, what kind off business is this.I know for sure they won't get my business anymore, there are plenty of sandwiches placing in Lubbock and employees that greed you with a smile and treat you good.

When you go to eat here, you had better have all day. This is not a place to go if you only have an hour for lunch. Very expensive for what you get. Would not recommend at all.
