This is a little gem of a place! Homey atmosphere . Sweet waitress! So attentive! The breakfast was superb! Eggs over medium, toast, bacon, perfectly crispy hash browns and hubby enjoyed eggs, grits sausage and really yummy French toast! Don’t listen to the nay sayers- it was all delicious and fresh! And when they say a big bowl of grits, they mean it!

Chisum Tech Cafe offers great food made to order, with hot and fresh burgers and breakfast options like the Tech Big Breakfast. The Chef chicken salad and catfish platter are highly recommended. Despite needing some updates, the efficient and friendly service makes up for it. A hidden gem in Lubbock, offering good value for money and a separate smoking section for those interested.
