I just want to start off saying that this is the first bad review I have ever left, I have owned a business and know how damaging this can be, however, what we were served was not only disgusting but may have health concerns as well. We ordered the 8oz sirloin and when it came out my daughter took a bite and then offered me a bite because she said it tasted bad. I wasn’t gonna try it before I smelt it, and if you’ve ever smelled rotting flesh, well that’s it. I’m not sure how the cooks in the back couldn’t smell it. I’m driving home and after rinsing my fingers I can still smell it.
Sadly this was one of our favorite places to eat!
Note to self smell your food before you eat it!!
On the positive side of things, we had the best waitress!!

I attempted to take my wife here for our anniversary. I was going to do the online wait, but it said the wait time was only 4 to 14 minutes so we decided to just go wait in person. When we arrived, they said it would be 10 to 20 minutes, so we waited in our car for a text that they could seat us. It was exactly 20 minutes for the text and then 15 minutes in a way overcrowded lobby waiting to hear my name. It was then that another customer informed me that I was supposed to wait in line again to tell them I received my text. I’m not rating the food as we left to have a delightful dinner elsewhere.

Well this is my 1st complaint ever about a texas roadhouse . I go to a lot of them in texas and for the 1st time my steak was a over cooked and my friend's steak was well over cooked. Still love roadhouse, but get it together cooks. A d so I've re- rated down to a 3 overall until next time. Thanks

This Texas Roadhouse has what you expect from all Texas Roadhouses. Great rolls, decent food, and far too many people in it. The parking lot is always packed, from open to close, and there are always so many people inside you can't really have decent conversations because it's hard to hear one another. Given the immense popularity of the chain, I do not understand why they do not open more locations in town to help more people get in.
TLDR; Great food, decently priced, way too loud, this location is somewhat difficult to get in and out of since it shares a parking lot with another business and doesn't have a traffic light on any of the exits but is right next to them so traffic blocks the exits often.

Normally this location is good, but today was the opposite of that. Our waiter had an attitude the entire time, took forever to come back between times, and rushed us to order our food. We ordered medium steak and ribs, the steak was so tough you couldn’t even cut through it. Once you did get it cut. It was brown all the way through, which is far off from a medium. My ribs were also not good. They came with 3 bones just sitting there without any meat. At that point why even bring me the bones?? After mentioning our food was bad our waiter just said “okay” and took the food back. A manager eventually came around and he was nice and discounted the food. But with how long we waited in the first place it was not worth it to sit around and wait for our food to be remade. Shoutout to the manager who actually tried to help. Disappointed in the cooks and the waiters

Got a ribeye to go along with our other food. Asked for it to be mid-rare and in the notes I asked for it to be cooked between rare and mid rate. The steak was well done! Very disappointing. Because it was a to go order I did not want to drive back to get it redone.
The online order doesn't work! And called 3 times on hold for over 20mins! Each time! Unbelievable like really busy or not am a paying customer to!! If you going to do take out make it Available!!!!@

My wife and son went to eat there tonight. She brought me back a chicken fried steak and sweet potato. This was the most disgusting and nastiest chicken fried steak I have ever had in my entire life. The steak was greasy and way over cooked. The sweet potato had marshmallows that were burnt to a crisp. The second she opened the containers the smell of burnt food and nasty grease came out and filled the dining room. I've attached pictures to prove it. A complete waste of money. I'll never be back to this place.

Picked up my to-go order as soon as I got the text and drove home to eat (5 minute drive). Steak was lukewarm. The sweet potato had probably been under the heat lamp for too long because it was dry and burned, only about a third of it was edible. I realize restaurant operating costs have escalated like everything else, but come on y'all. Almost $30 for a meal for one person - try to at least provide good value.

Really good steaks. Mash potatoes are delish.. along with the green beans. Service got a three because of how they seat parties over 8....we didn't get seated how they said and it was crowded and in traffic....but the server was very curtious and attentive. Prices are to be expected for a steakhouse.
Parking: Can not do reservations of parties over 6 online!
