This is great seafood at a reasonable price. I don’t usually call back to the kitchen and tell them how delicious and fresh the food was, but I have here the last several times. Hot, Fresh and Tasty!! The grilled veggies are a great alternative to fries if you’re watching carbs!! The staff even recognized us, now that we’ve become regulars.

We stopped by for dinner at The Catch in Lubbock TX. Dad and my brother both ordered the Catfish plate . This comes with fries and Hush Puppies. My brother also ordered extra Hush Puppies. I ordered the Catfish and Shrimp Plate. This plate also comes with fries and Hush Puppies. I also ordered a bowl of Gumbo. I was pleasantly surprised how really good the fish and shrimp were. The fish was crispy and the Shrimp cooked perfectly. The Hush Puppies were the best I've ever eaten. Unfortunately not the same for the Gumbo. The dish lacked flavor, I could not detect the dark roux flavor. I also noticed the thin slices of sausage were cut in half I really could not taste it. Overall it was a great experience.

This place has amazing food! The fried pickles were great for starters. The étouffée was so tasty. The red beans and rice were one of my favorites. The blackened chicken pasta was over the top delicious. Yum yum yum. Their fish was really good. Oh and I love their french fries. They have a crispy crust and that made them so good. For the finale you must try their beignets. They are the best to be eaten fresh and hot. Best dessert ever.

Some of the best cooked comfort foods here. Their onions rings are like crack. Super crunchy and crispy. Got them on a recommendation from Grey. She was great. I can’t say enough of how good the food was. Atmosphere got a 4 cuz it was cold in that dining room!
