Not very friendly. My chocolate donut was really soft to the point is was mushing in my hand. Their location is not convenient. I only been there 2 times and that was because I was in a hurry and their not busy.
I grew up on The Donut Stop in Amarillo and was so excited that they brought the franchise to Lubbock! I love it! Every time I have gone I have had amazing donuts and they have been very fresh! It's better to go early because by 10 they start to run out and have to make more which takes a few minutes for them to make some more!u favorite place to get donuts!!
I had such a great experience at this place, I had to pick up donuts for a work meeting and needed 4 dozen donuts. The owner personally helped me out, he gave me all kinds of donuts and even threw in a few extra at no charge! It was very cold that morning and he also offered to carry them out to my car!
