We went during lunch rush. I’m not familiar with the area so I was surprised by the large line of patrons. I felt the restaurant was understaffed. There was one person at the counter taking orders and two touchscreens for patrons to place their order on. I find those touchscreens cold and impersonal. The gal who took our order was friendly and proficient. After we received our chips and guac quickly after sitting down, it was a long time until we received our food. I witnessed...
