“A low-key, clean, bright restaurant that is all about preparing and serving excellent Vietnamese food. The dining area is usually more crowded at lunchtime than in the evening, when it seems to do more take-out business. The spring rolls are prepared fresh every day, the hot and sour soup has a balanced, complex flavor that goes well with any of the other appetizers, and since I try to eat healthy entrees, the chicken breast with broccoli works perfectly for me. IMO this is perhaps the best Asian food restaurant in Lubbock from a food quality standpoint, at the very least it is in the top three.“
