Good salads but very pricey. Almost $80 for 4 of us!! The salads probably take a lot of prep, which is why they cost so much. One person in our group had the Groovy Guava smoothie, which was okay. The restaurant is small and basic, but people were in and out the door the whole time we were there, so it’s a popular place! It could feel a little crowded as people were waiting in line to order or to pick up to-go orders. I noticed a side patio and they may have been a better place to sit and eat more peacefully. It was a good lunch, but based on the price, I would not go again.

Amazing healthy options
Ridiculous they cost as much as they do & they have the audacity to not be consistent with good quality food.
I doordashed them yesterday & will never make that mistake again.
They forgot my fruit and then they gave me this pitiful looking avocado toast that costs $9.
Normally there’s a thick amount of avocado, more than 4 pieces of grape seed tomatoes, & lot more pumpkin seeds.

My daughter told us about this place. We tried it about two weeks ago and it was pretty good. We had the chicken panini, so we went back last night for another. We order from a pleasant young lady. The guy who bought us our food however drops it on our table and walks away like he was mad about something. The panini was cold throughout and had hardly any flavor. We won’t be eating here again.

The bowls are great but the online ordering system is a pain. The system tries to get you to create an account (there’s no way to check out as a guest). But it fails to kick back the code set up the account. Easier to call in the order. Ugg.

Not a good experience at all. Overpriced food, ingredients were missing from what we ordered, and we received rude customer service when we asked about the missing ingredients. For the full story, we went into Vitality Bowls wanting salad bowls with quinoa, but were told they were out of quinoa and would get brown rice instead (did not receive even a half-hearted apology about the unavailable ingredient). We still ordered, and when our food did arrive, our salads were supposed to include feta cheese and mint, both of which were completely missing. After asking about it, we were given a small cup of feta to share, and were told that they do not even stock mint anymore, even though it is supposed to be included in 3 of their 5 salads and many of their smoothies and other items, per their menu. The lack of mint wasn't mentioned to us when we ordered or anything; it was just simply left out. Apparently customers are just supposed to be fine with missing ingredients at this place! As a way of apology after we asked about the missing ingredients, the cashier offered to give us a coupon for a free salad or smoothie on our next visit. He then went to get a manager to arrange that, but the manager came out and refused to give us the coupon, asking "why we think we deserve a free salad or smoothie," and stating that "It's not our fault we don't have mint. The owner doesn't stock it anymore, and corporate just hasn't taken it off the menu yet." Well, it's certainly not OUR fault as the customer that something is listed as an ingredient on YOUR menu and then not delivered, and if you are going to be promising a key ingredient on the menu and then not adding it, it should probably be mentioned when the customer orders rather than just assuming we will be fine with missing ingredients in the final product. Also, we didn't ask for the free coupon ourselves; it was simply offered to us by the cashier as a form of apology, which the manager then refused to honor. Not even a verbal apology was received from the manager for the missing item, just implied accusations that we trying to complain our way to free food, when the offer of the free salad came completely unsolicited from their cashier upon us initially asking for the missing ingredients.Terrible customer service all around, and the overpriced food wasn't nearly good enough to make up for it!

Was told an order would be only 10-15 mins, been waiting 25 mins for an Uber order and was told about 5 more minutes. If the foods not ready don’t push ready!
