Great place to Glow, anytime. I'm by Quaker road. I definitely try to go to this location. The parking is a lot better at this one than the other one. The options are amazing. I normally get the nutty bowl and one of the juices with beet juice smoothies are great. I've tried the coffee smoothie with the dates I still have yet to try the sandwich menu or any of their food options but for right now I just get up all normally and a juice that great Lubbock location always on point and the staff always has great customer service. Thank you so much!

I’m sad to update my original review of this place. I typically really like it, however today’s experience is probably going to keep me from going back. I ordered a vitality wrap with steak; when I received it, I unwrapped it in my car and ate it while driving to find the center completely cold. I called just to let them know that they might want to warm them a little bit longer and was met with “ well the girl that made it said that it was warm when she gave it to you, and I wasn’t here so…”. I wasn’t even calling to ask for money back or a discount or anything, I was simply going to let them know, but to be completely dismissed and made to feel like it wasn’t their fault that my food was cold less than two minutes after receiving it was wild.

I really love this place, its one of my favorites and usually worth the wait. Today though, my portion was significantly smaller than it normally is, and was still the same price, which is about $16.

Walked in excited to try. Gal looked at me through the glass window from their back area, I smiled… and then she looked backed down. I kid you not….after a SOLID FIVE minutes she walked out from the back and asked me “if I needed anything?” Obviously irritated. Those five minutes waiting there like a lump on a log were uncomfortable to say the least. I chose to order nothing and take my money elsewhere.

Food and service were good. However, you're gonna spend as much as you would at a regular restaurant and walk away hungry. The lobby was clean but it smelled like a meat locker.

After a rather interesting door dash mishap, the restaurant made it right even though it wasn't their fault. Staff were very professional and kind and I will 1000% be back! (Just maybe not through door dash,LOL)
Call me crazy but if you're paying $14 (I think the cashier selected a tip for me? weird) for a medium bowl, it should be the right order. Two stars because otherwise it was tasty but I wont be back.
