I want to update my previous review regarding my experience at Walk-On's. After initially receiving no assistance and feeling extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled, I was eventually contacted by the General Manager, Terence. Terence took full responsibility, apologized for the actions of the staff, and made things right. The missing birthday gift was addressed, and the resolution showed a level of professionalism and care that was previously lacking.
