“This is the only fast food place in Lubbock that I don’t check my bag before I drive away. I place a mobile order a couple times a week and it is always correct. The staff is always friendly and smiles and does the little things. I don’t usually leave a review for a fast food place, but I trust this location and appreciate the good service. Food is always good. Please never take the biggie bag off the menu lol“
“Food and service was good. The only distraction was in the dining area, the employees go in and out a side door quiet frequently. Every time the door closes, it scrapes the floor, making a very irritating noise. While this may seem trivial, it becomes very annoying while trying to enjoy your meal.“
“I went tonight exhausted! I order online with is usually more trouble then it’s worth. I forgot to check my bag before i let! I got home and was mentally repairing myself. And i was pleasantly surprised! Not only was my order correct they even gave me to correct amount of sauces! And it was still hot! I’m not sure of their names but it was two African American ladies!“
“Don't know why the bad comments, but when we went to Wendy's they were great. The manager was super nice when they gave us the wrong burger, she took it and made a fresh one. She was very apologetic and nice with a smile which we don't always get now days. It was during lunch time so I don't know about the night shift how they treat their customers, but I know during the day they were very nice ?“
“We were in a super hurry and really wanted breakfast, but we're too late. The lady at the register was so kind in her manner. We went ahead and ate an early lunch. There was a fire place type wall that changed colors and was so relaxing. Thank you for always having good food, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere!“
