This Wendy's in northern Lubbock, TX, is still relatively new. The Google reviews have been around for about a year, so I added it to Yelp because... YELP!The staff here on a very, hot rainy late afternoon was welcoming, friendly & fast to get a last minute meal to my significant other and me on 6/23/2023.Our order came out piping hot. I had Wendy's for lunch on a Friday. When we tried to enter from the parking lot, the door was locked. After a guest opened the door for us, we notice that it was labeled "Emergency exit only". From what I gather, you are supposed to walk all the way to the front of the store by the street to enter. Once we were in, it took a while to get our order taken and the clerk seemed to be put out that she had to take our order. later we found that there are self order Kiosks by the door....read full review

I was missing a sauce & Did a Mobile order. The lady when she handed me the bag, I said Thank You & she just Shut the Drive Thru Window, so when I noticed the sauce was missing I Didn't bother to try & ask for it.
