I was missing a sauce & Did a Mobile order. The lady when she handed me the bag, I said Thank You & she just Shut the Drive Thru Window, so when I noticed the sauce was missing I Didn't bother to try & ask for it.

They have to be the stingiest Wendy’s in Lubbock. No other Wendy’s charges for sauces and they give you a kids drink with their biggie bag option while every other places atleast give you a medium drink. You’ll get more value driving 5 more minutes to the one on 4th

Went through drive through ~11AM. Was charged $20 for two biggie bags which sounded wrong. Was late for class so I went to check receipt when i got home but there was no receipt. No straws and fries were not in one of the biggie bags, and the food was stale overall and not hot.No way tax was $5-6 so not only was I overcharged but also missing food with no proof since they didnt provide receipt. Not coming here again. Read the other reviews and you’ll probably agree in not coming as well. Come here if you want to risk losing your money or an upset stomach. Better off going to Weinerschnitzel tbh. They’re nicer and more honest. Or Canes. They have nice workers. Sincerely,A former fast food employee

Poor customer service. The black lady who acts like the manager is rude and should not be working in customer service. She would fit well in construction. Customer service means you will do your best to serve your customers, not tell them what you will not be doing for them. My daughter and I came in for breakfast and yes we arrived 10 minutes before breakfast was over, but we had our order in before 10:30. When our order was ready the counter guy said they did not have wedge fries because they were not serving them any more. He did ask if we wanted to wait and the lady chimed in "We will NOT be making anymore!" Then my daughter said she had ordered a coffee, once again the lady chimed in "We will NOT be making anymore either!" Once we sat down and unwrapped our breakfast sandwiches, my daughter's sandwich was missing the butter sauce she ordered and had to return to the counter to ask for it, this time the lady didn't chime in but gave my daughter a go to hell look. Wendy's you really need to make a change here, as I see this is not the only time that lady has been called out for being rude in these reviews.

I work in customer service so i’m pretty patient when it comes to working behind the counter. me and my dad ordered breakfast 10 to 15 mins before 10:30. they eventually called us up and the guy behind the counter said that they do not have anymore wedge fries but he would give us larger fries to make up for it or we can wait for them to make more, as he said that the older black lady, i think was the manager interrupted him and said “we will not make anymore.” the guy was very sweet and wanted to help but she was very rude and had a bad tone. Then i ordered a coffee and he was going to go get me some but the lady said “we don’t have cold brew” in a rude tone again. I was very upset on how she was talking to us. he then said something about ketchup and she quickly said “we don’t have no ketchup.” not even looking at us to talk to us, looking at her phone and also had the ugly tone. Then I got my food and the sauce was missing so i have to go to the counter once again and ask for some, the lady was just looking at me ugly while the guy got me the sauce. oh by the way they did have ketchup. I usually go to the one in new deal and they have the best customer service but this one was very unprofessional and rude. I hope y'all will do something about this lady because i have seen a lot of reviews about her. i hope you don’t take “the black lady”. that’s the only way i can describe her. thank you, we will not be going back.

If I could give this place worse then a one star for service I would. I came in with my two kids and tried to order some lunch. The young lady at the counter had been just standing there talking to the older black lady in the drive thru and so I finally asked if I could place an order and the lady in the drive thru huffed and puffed and said ugh I guess take their order. Then throughout the whole ordering process any question and requests I had was followed with eye rolls and irritation. Despite the bad ordering experience my kids wanted to stay there and eat so I said dine in. Well my food came out in a bag and my oldest asked why. I told him it was fine and they must not have listened and we would unbag it at the table to which the black lady from drive thru walked over snatched the bag and slammed down a tray. I then proceeded to ask for a manager, to which she responded she was, so I asked for her next higher manager. She said she was the Assistant General Manager and that the only one above her wasn’t there and wouldn’t be in the rest of the day! Awful awful service!Kid-friendliness: Very unprofessional and I will certainly never go back in with my kids IF I ever even return which is almost 100% UNLIKELY
