This location sucks, takes forever for anyone to even say anything at the drive through even when the store is dead, they forget your order by the time you get to the window, takes 10 minutes to get your food after the 10 minutes it takes just to order, unfriendly staff, nothing positive to say really.

This is by far the worst Wendy's ive been to. No i didn't go complain about the food but why add so much condiments it's disgusting I ended up throwing it in the trash. The place isn't even busy and its 9 at night. Do better or quit your job. 8/16/24

Worst employee outburst ever, they came out scolding everyone who used the kiosk to order their food. And told us we’re being rude and trying to skip the line by using it and that they weren’t going to have it.The employee walked the dining room ranting and complaining about kiosk ordering and saying very loudly that they are going to turn them off and that everyone who used them will have to wait until they want to make their order. It took over 20 minutes for a simple burger meal. I’ve never seen an employee take to the dining room and feel like they should scold people for placing an order that way. If it was really such a problem you need to put up a sign saying don’t order there. Instead of yelling at customers and telling everyone we just have to wait until all the other orders are done before we can have our food.
