I placed a 50$! mobile order and went I went to pick up they said it had already been pick up when in reality I hadn't received my order at all! They gave my order to someone else, the wrong person. The "manager" on duty was rude and would not work with me. She said that they couldn't remake MY order for me because it was to large. I showed them MY MOBILE ORDER RECEIPT and MY BANK STATEMENT FOR THE CHARGE ALMOST 50 DOLLAR CHARGE! They told me all I could do for MYSELF was get a refund through the mobile ordering app. They let a complete stranger leave with mine and my coworkers meals! My coworker spoke with a manager at another location and she even said she would have remade our order for us! They are at fault not us!

They for forgot my order and I only get 1 hr for lunch. Waited for about 30 mins. Until I asked. Then they went back and found my order was by passed or skipped. I justed walked out and not going back.

Would not take my order after 10pm at the pick up window because I was on foot.. actually, I'm a truck driver and can't get my rig into the drive thru. If you won't cater to truck drivers, why are you allowed to do business in a truck stop??????

There was an order made for Washington and for somehow or another the crew was highly on drugs or does not understand simple English and put Cheryl. The burgers were raw all of them. I'm surprise you believe there are four orders were wrong before my order of which they had to correct every single order so it was a 45 minute wait which was not within my time frame. Management that answers the phone does not have any customer service skills whatsoever and I will never buy Wendy's again

This is the worst location. They are very slow! Once you get in the drive thru you're trapped. There is no way to exit, so you have to sit there for at least 20 minutes. After sitting so long at least give me hot food. Edit to add: fries were cold trash but the Ghost Pepper chicken sandwich was a bomb 10/10
