The Kool-Aid was astonishing , and the food was great! I wasn’t a big fan of the BBQ sauce being all over the plate(food), but the customer service was amazing. I’d definitely come back again!
We always get the barbecue and love it. The sausage, ribs and brisket are exceptional. On a suggestion from a friend, we tried the catfish. Mr. Wiley said we'd be back for more. Wow, was he right, the catfish is outstanding. Crispy and flavorful and plenty of it.
Chopped beef plate double tatoe salad for the win every time! Best prices on bbq since pre-COVID. Be blessed that the man is so dedicated to the craft that he made a restaurant for you all. I am from KC and his chopped beef is the closest thing you will get to some KCMO BBQ! Don’t overlook this diamond in all this Lubbock dust. Shhhhh… but don’t tell nobody about this secret. That chopped beef is a hot commodity for me. Im just sharing this secret to you to let you know...
