Wingstop in Lubbock

“I stopped coming to this location a few years ago because of poor service. Its the closest to my office so today I decided to give them another chance. Food was PERFECT! I would always have issues with missing items or things like extra seasoning on my fries but today they knocked it out of the park! Thank you Leandra and Sierra! Because of you I will be back!“

“The only reason I have given 3 stars is because more times than not, our order has been wrong. Also there is usually always some yelling going on from the lady who runs the register to the cooks. The lady at the register can be really rude at times not just to the cooks but to the patrons as well. One time I visited one of the cooks was the one who helped me with my big order (over the phone and when I came in to pick it up too) & he was just the absolute sweetest guy ever! But then the lady at the register came and took over and she was so so rude. Didn't even acknowledge me at all, never once looked at me, and then she started yelling at him because when he took my order over the phone he didn't take my payment up front. She just kept on yelling at him and belittling him just being a bully really. I felt so terrible for him because if anyone should be teaching the other it would be him, he should be teaching her how to have the best customer service possible because that's what she needed! BUT you can not go wrong with Wing Stop Wings, fries & veggie sticks! Wings are fantastic in whatever flavor you chose but definitely try the 🍋 🌶 !“

“This wingstop is hands down my favorite , not only does Sage offer top notch customer service but also the food was done right and fries were not soggy and the perfect amount of sauce on our wings compared to the other locations we ate at . I will recommend this wingstop to anyone not only for the food but the Customer Service that Sage provided. And Rosie made our food yesterday afternoon and it was amazing .. y'all location is the best“

“Drive 5 hours from San Antonio to Lubbock for work and unfortunately food wasn’t it but I called and spoke to Josiah and he was super polite and offered to remake my order due to Good Friday , I asked for a refund and he did that especially since I have to drive all the way back home to San Antonio .!! Thank you Josiah.!!“
