Wingstop in Lubbock

“The food was good, some of the wings could had used a little more sauce but that could just be more of a preference from myself. The environment can use some cleaning but we did show up to place an order close to midnight, after a Tech game u can already imagine how much more busy it got. Aiden took our order & he still made us feel welcomed even when it was close to closing time, people kept coming in & despite the time & crowd, he continued to provide GREAT customer service. I am not sure how many different crews this location has but what I can say is the crew that I observed this night was staying on top of every order with patience & a smile. Aden, Angelica, Zoey, Peyton, thank you for the kind service you provided, keep up the good work bc it doesn't go unnoticed.“

“The flavor was great, I think we might have gotten the bottom of the fries; they were mostly short and crispy.They were out of ice, but there was a sign communicating that. The staff seemed to enjoy working with each other but the counter staff was rushed and did not greet guests. She just kinda stared at us until we ordered. Lol ?“

“Drive 5 hours from San Antonio to Lubbock for work and unfortunately food wasn’t it but I called and spoke to Josiah and he was super polite and offered to remake my order due to Good Friday , I asked for a refund and he did that especially since I have to drive all the way back home to San Antonio .!! Thank you Josiah.!!“

“The last few months there has been new staff. A very kind young lady and gentleman I have encountered from my last few visits have been very pleasant. They are respectful. The orders are accurate. The food is FRESH. Earlier this year this location wasn't my go to but like I said the last few months it has been my favorite location in Lubbock. Thank you for your great customer service and fresh food.“
