The last few months there has been new staff. A very kind young lady and gentleman I have encountered from my last few visits have been very pleasant. They are respectful. The orders are accurate. The food is FRESH. Earlier this year this location wasn't my go to but like I said the last few months it has been my favorite location in Lubbock. Thank you for your great customer service and fresh food.

Yesterday, we ordered from our favorite Wingstop in town Hours before our pick up time and when I pulled up at 7 PM My order was not even close to being ready because for some reason, there was very short staff. But these kids worked their butts off! They kept people moving, food, flowing, and fulfill those orders as fast as they possibly could with very little people. The line was out the door. I don’t have any complaints about the food, the temperature Or even the employees....

Not sure if I got lucky or the reviews are just dated, but I had a nice experience with this wingstop. Ordered for pickup through the app at 6:30pm on a Saturday (ETA 6:55-7) and arrived around 7:15, food was almost cold meaning it was actually ready on time if not earlier. Everything was properly cooked, sauced, and in the correct quantity.
