It is clear why this Wingstop has a raving 2 star over all review. I hope my review takes it down to one star. I placed an order, but was not certain if it went through. I called literally for 3 hours w/o an answer. I was calling because I would have had to get an Uber to pick it it. It's horrible when you can't please a customer, by easily answering the phone.

They offer special requests for the food and then don't follow them. They gave us 2 small ranches and called it equal to a large ranch, when a large is 6 smalls. Got there for pickup right as it was ready and the food was already cool to the touch.

I put 3 extra ranches and PAID EXTRA for it and they put ketchup on my order instead.
So disappointed, ordered an 8 piece boneless combo for carry out thinking I would have leftovers and got the smallest pieces of chicken that was basically too hard and crunchy to eat. They werenāt sauced well either, chooses a different location, this one needs a LOT of work.

Placed an order for delivery was delivered to the wrong house delivery said they couldnāt do anything about it because they already dropped it off at the wrong house. Tried calling up there numerous times and know one answers the phone. Ridiculous

This place was straight ass lmao, I get it there is always a chance when getting fast food, but the management or whoever was in charge tonight gotta be trippin, if your machine out of ice, get up and refill it, I feel like I asked pretty respectfully. But the one in charge Iām assuming, wanted to take like 20min to get up and do sum about it after her two workers cooking asked her 3 times, to fill some ice, and at that she took my cup to the back and got sum ice just to not refill the machine, how do I know she aināt spit in my cup ??? Irky fr, then I get home and Iām given crumbs for fries and some small ass nuggets š¤£. My food was cold and this was just disappointment, they need an experienced manager at this location, or just close it. š¤®

Their āManagerā Reagan is very unprofessional, I donāt even know how she became one. This place is ruined with incompetent staff.

I showed up here at 7 p.m. on Friday Nov 1st and the front door is locked. This was going to be the first time I ever tried Wing Stop. Very disappointing to see the staff look at me like I'm an idiot through the locked door, while I'm trying to come in and give them money. The big neon sign on the front of the store says open till midnight š¤£

This was some of the worst fast food I have ever had. My kids and I couldn't even finish our meal because all of wings were sitting in a pool of grease in the container, if the wings did intact have seasoning on them it was lost somewhere in the grease. It was dirty, and truly should be inspected by the health board (we only stayed because we were very hungry and didnt have time to go somewhere else before my kids appointments). The girl working the counter was extremely rude and got frustrated with my 12 year trying to place his order...she couldn't hear him because they had the music turned up SO loud. I would absolutely give 0 stars if possible.
