Ordered all flats for my mix of classic wings, the mixed in drums with them. I paid +1.19 for it which isn't much, but I would have appreciated a notification and refund if they didn't have many flats. I call lazy BS

Horrible experience. My was just sitting there and after about 20 minutes i asked again then they gave it to me no explanation or anything just looked at me like i was un important. Mind you when i went in they said they was still working on it and i satcand waited 20 extra minutes and i have never been treat like i was nothing. The Hispanic girl was working the front when i asked whats going on and looked straight passed me . I will be posting on every site horrible

Well what happened wings soggy not crispy hardly any sauce fries cold i was told 15 mins waited 43 mins is because they focused on online Uber eats befor any walk ins and wingstop.com other than that wings were big but maybe double fry next time

Ordered via the app. Card was charged. Order NOT placed. Tried to call store. They would not answer. Had to drive across town. Their explanation? The app does that sometimes & we are having trouble with our phones. NOTHING offered for my trouble. Just another fast food place in Lubbock with HORRIBLE customer service. EDIT: AND THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG ON TOP OF ALL THAT.

It is clear why this Wingstop has a raving 2 star over all review. I hope my review takes it down to one star. I placed an order, but was not certain if it went through. I called literally for 3 hours w/o an answer. I was calling because I would have had to get an Uber to pick it it. It's horrible when you can't please a customer, by easily answering the phone.
They offer special requests for the food and then don't follow them. They gave us 2 small ranches and called it equal to a large ranch, when a large is 6 smalls. Got there for pickup right as it was ready and the food was already cool to the touch.

So disappointed, ordered an 8 piece boneless combo for carry out thinking I would have leftovers and got the smallest pieces of chicken that was basically too hard and crunchy to eat. They weren’t sauced well either, chooses a different location, this one needs a LOT of work.

Placed an order for delivery was delivered to the wrong house delivery said they couldn’t do anything about it because they already dropped it off at the wrong house. Tried calling up there numerous times and know one answers the phone. Ridiculous
