I went in asked about getting a fax. The cashier proceeded to tell me his manager says something about the liability they can do it. I don't think they know what liability means. To say they can't get a fax because of the liability doesn't make sense. They dont comprehend the English language here

Most of the gas pumps were out of order. The pump I used pumped very slowly. Then run over and got gas down the side of my truck. Not pleased at all !!!

Just needed diesel!Pumps don’t have any pressure. More diesel on the ground than what went in my tank. Leaking hoses and handles. One star isn’t low enough. Last time I stop here.

Half the high flow diesel pumps don't work and haven't for several weeks. The soft drink fountain rarely works, and the restrooms always stink and are frequently out of order.

To The Operation Manager - 7/24/23 In concern of Employee a short fat redhead female (that's how I got treated) Her workmanship A Disgraced just of some of can say to Customer Service - l wish you had a Recording System so you can see The Deception of Her Existence .
Eat at the little restaurant inside the truck stop. It was delicious!We had the breakfast burrito, cheese enchilada plate & spicy fries. The salsa is the best too!!!The waitress was great as well. Very good stop!

Half the truck parking lot lights don't work along with most of fuel island lights. Trash all over in the grass areas around truck parking. Grass needs cut and trimmed. Restrooms behind coolers r not open for use anymore. Drivers lounge closed down and blacked out now. Not a good place at all since Chism sold it. Chism has nice new truck stop out on Clovis hwy.
