Just needed diesel!Pumps don’t have any pressure. More diesel on the ground than what went in my tank. Leaking hoses and handles. One star isn’t low enough. Last time I stop here.

Fix your diesel fuel pumps!!!! Either they work just enough or they don't work at all. And train all of your employees to work the fuel desk instead of 1, I was standing there 15 minutes because the guy "didn't know to do mudflap" and the only person that could was outside smoking a cigarette and on her phone.

Employee was EXTREMELY rude when we called and asked to to see if they had the food we wanted and asked if they could make it if not and was told "you can't order but u can just come buy them" and got there to get them and she said "no we don't even have those" very rude and unprofessional.

Half the high flow diesel pumps don't work and haven't for several weeks. The soft drink fountain rarely works, and the restrooms always stink and are frequently out of order.

I stop at this yes way weekly for work and they have the best most personable staff. The establishment is very clean and taken care of. Recently I left some work documents and a personal item and the staff were kind enough to identify me in the parking lot and return my items. Customer service is such a huge thing for me and they're EXCELLENT in how they treat people
Eat at the little restaurant inside the truck stop. It was delicious!We had the breakfast burrito, cheese enchilada plate & spicy fries. The salsa is the best too!!!The waitress was great as well. Very good stop!

The Valero yes way located at 2611 E Slaton Hwy Lubbock Texas 79411 is absolutely filthy. The pumps are horribly disgusting. This store is a tarnish on the Valero brand. Does Valero as a brand not check up on retailers? This couldn't have become this way in a few weeks, or even months. Please, do better.

Half the truck parking lot lights don't work along with most of fuel island lights. Trash all over in the grass areas around truck parking. Grass needs cut and trimmed. Restrooms behind coolers r not open for use anymore. Drivers lounge closed down and blacked out now. Not a good place at all since Chism sold it. Chism has nice new truck stop out on Clovis hwy.
