“Before shopping at Walmart I ordered a custom sandwich on the Subway app. It said will be ready in 15min. Did my shopping and 15 min later went to subway and picked up my sandwich. It was stuffed full of fresh toppings and made exactly how I ordered it. Bread was chewy and fresh tasting. Honestly one of the better subway sandwiches I have had in a long time. Not as good as Subway in the 90's but much better than lately. Cheers.“

“Finally had some GOOD Indian food ! Had initially tasted their veg dishes when they catered for a friend's puja, and they did not let us down with their chicken dishes either at the dine-in ! Quick service and very tasty food-with spice levels just like we had requested! The appetizers- chicken mo-mos, chilli chicken, chicken lollipops were a big hit with kids and adults! And we were definitely NOT disappointed by the main course we ordered- butter chicken, paneer tikka, achari chicken, methi malai paneer, malai kofta - very tasty and a good quantity too! i usually complain that my throat hurts/i fall sick every time i eat indian outside (maybe becoz of the oil /specific spices).. but i haven't had any issues after eating here... going back soon to try out more!“

“This establishment is "EXCELLENT".....I have been there 5 times, each time on business this year, every time we come to Allen, usually every other month.....My son and the rest of our group have been here close to 20 times. Our 1st time there we sat in the bar, the young lady suggested you can also eat in there as well well order from the bar. We took her advice and never looked back.....Our waiter the 1st time was Mike...This guy is 2nd to None!!!......Made many suggestions, which were great, and we ordered. The food & drinks were Excellent!...Next time, there were about 20 of us at 2-3 tables, again, we had Mike for our waiter.....he did have a little help which is normal for the size of the group. He took care of All our needs, just Perfect!...He is the 'GOLD' standard what waiter's, hosts, and servers should be or anybody in this type of business!.......The restaurant has been very clean too, including the outside areas, restrooms and parking lot!...Never a problem at this fine establishment!......I am very critical on my revues too, as I was a recent retired state & government contractor inspector!....The employee, Mr. Mike, He is absolutely Great!....He is what you would call a J.O.A.T. “New update: Visited Brio's today(10/25/24) for dinner and had KALIE as our waitress. She was the BEST waitress we've had so far, and there are many great servers here! We are still grieving over a recent huge loss in our family and Kalie's personality was exactly what we needed as she brought the life and energy back to us for the night! Once again the food was perfect! Had the Bruschetta Sampler, Beef Medallions entre', and the Pasta Brio. Also, opt for the Creme Brulee' to end the night with one of their BEST desserts! We'll definitely be back very soon and will be asking for Kalie to serve us again!

I don't normally give 5 stars since I absolutely save them for times like this latest visit to Brio's. We nvr look for negative since that'll occur on it's own. But when the Hostess provides a very warming reception right off the entrance, the wait staff on point from taking orders for drinks, appetizers, then entrées and get nothing wrong and kept ALL soda/tea drinks replaced without asking nor waiting till we are sucking down the residue at the bottom of the glass, and the food was EXCEPTIONAL, they fricken deserve 5 Stars with no question! We always start with their Lobster Bisque since it happens to be our FAV place to get this! The Calamari was amazing! The Grilled Steak Salad(med rare) was cooked to perfection with a steak that was absolutely delicious as one of the best steaks from around all of the DFW metro, and we eat at a LOT of steak places. Ingredients of the salad was SO SO good and very fresh! Our friends had the Grilled Salmon Salad that both said was cooked perfectly and not dry! No desserts this time and no wine as well, since it was lunch and going back to work, but they do have a GREAT wine selection of that's your thing:)“

“Update: the manager contacted me about our visit. She was very kind and offered to re-make my order another time. The new order was made to perfection and exactly how much food I expected to be in the bowl. I appreciate a manager who cares about the customer experience.

We enjoy this place. My main complaint is my bowl is never full. The ingredients didn't even match the line at the top of the bowl. I feel like I don't get the amount of food I fully pay for. Also, it was very hot inside and there was not any place to sit comfortably and enjoy.

“This is one of our favorite restaurants! We've never tried a dish we didn't like (the mushroom empanadas are uh-mazing!). The Real Deal margarita is delicious, as well. Although we've moved 45 minutes from here, we still make the drive to get our Urban Rio fix.

And if you get in the mood for a stone oven pizza, go two blocks north to Urban Crust! The rooftop bar, the 32° Bar, gives you great views of downtown Plano and the sunset.

After waiting 8-10 minutes for a server to attend to us—following a seat change facilitated by our previous server—Mrs. Lee was called to take over our table. She compensated 2 of our appetizers and provided us with a dessert after that minor inconvenience. She truly made the rest of our experience outstanding. Despite her section being on the opposite side of the restaurant, she provided attentive, friendly, and excellent service throughout. But, that’s just fast food in general, and $20 here will get you considerably more food than spending the same $20 on a burger or chicken finger restaurant.
