Wow they went above and beyond turn a issue into a big positive. Definitely restored my faith in customer service, and taking extra step to make things right. I also learned that if you have the time wait, they dont mind making your order fresh, while you wait. Thats a good option!
Hard to go wrong ordering here but just a few tips
I been coming to this place for years. Everything on the menu is usually fresh and always flavorful especially the chicken and fried fish. Except a two sides but it's not the location its just a chicken express thing nationwide. Stay away from the Mac N Cheese and Green Beans. The rolls are really good too reminds me of Ame's Chicken years back. If you havent been go check them out.

I've never had a bad experience here—until now. I ordered a 16-piece family meal and only received 8 pieces. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until we got home, and we live far from the location. With kids needing to eat before practice, going back right away wasn’t an option.
I sent my husband (who was closer) to let them know we were short half our order. Instead of handling it professionally, the staff accused him of lying. As he walked away, they continued talking about him in a disrespectful way, which was completely unnecessary.
We’ve never had issues here before, but after this experience, we won’t be coming back. Mistakes happen—but treating paying customers like that is unacceptable.

Some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in years!! Great customer service and sides are good too. Definitely recommend getting the 2 Piece with 2 thighs and fried okra. If I lived nearby this place would be a regular stop.
