Extremely slow service. Food tasted like it had been warmed up. 35 minutes lapsed from time of ordering till we were served.
😕My wife had choosen Cracker Barrel for her bithday meal and it may be our last for awhile. After being seated we sat for 15 minutes with no server or even someone to take drink orders. Then your only saving grace was a young man name Jerad, Wifes food was burnt it was like charcole my Chicken fried steak was so over cooked it could not be cut a butter knife!
We are at the Lufkin, Texas, restaurant Feb. 22. It was bad. There were very few people in the restaurant, yet we waited quite a while for our food. My husband’s okra was way overcooked and not edible. My sister in law’s chicken was raw in the middle. Waiter came back to table maybe 20 minutes after food was delivered to check on us. My sister in law just told them to forget it as she has to leave and couldn’t wait to recook it. No drink refills, despite asking several times....read full review
