Dairy Queen is a mixed bag - while some staff members are friendly and courteous, others are not as welcoming. The cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired, with paper towels in the toilet and a broken milkshake machine. On the bright side, the smiling and courteous workers make up for it, serving wonderful food despite occasional mishaps like missing toppings on orders. Closing time can also be a factor in availability of certain menu items, but the staff handles replacements graciously.
