I have been to this place several times in the past and the service and product has never disappointed. They totally blew my mind with my most recent visit! I visited probably a month ago with my grandbabies… and I definitely had my hands full with the little ones! While paying and making sure everyone had a spoon and napkin, I left my credit on the counter! I live several hours from the shop… so I am not local. Management tracked me down on Facebook so they could return my card! THAT is true customer service! Thank you again for going the extra mile! You guys are number one in my book!

Excellent on a hot summer day in Texas!

This place is AMAZING!! Not sure how anyone would leave any negative comments, unless it was just personal and trying to hurt a business. It was very clean and the yogurt tasted so good😋 with many flavors to chose from, plus a BIG variety of toppings. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. I will definitely continue to stop by everytime I come to Lufkin. The Mitchell's Vidor Tx

I had a fantastic experience at Farmhouse today. My daughter and I went in for a quick sweet treat, greeted by not only a smiling face, but a nice clean environment!

Hi y’all’s customer service was horrible and some of the employees are disrespectful. Not to mention some of the ice tasted spoiled and messed my stomach up! The pans under the ice cream were full the counters were covered in crumbs and the floor looked so nasty after eating y’all’s ice cream even though there was a mess I was very sick I will no longer be going back orange leaf is where it’s at

Went in for ice cream and the place was nasty there was ice cream everywhere and the customer service was horrible. Most of the sauce containers where empty and The blond girl behind the counter made it very clear she did NOT want to be there, the other times I have came in there was a different person working so maybe that’s the reason for the decline but I definitely won’t be bringing my babies here anymore.

SOOOOOO good! LOTS of variety! Worth the trip to Lufkin!! And I came from Onalaska! Can't wait to visit again!!!

Just barely made it before they closed, but they were so nice. I had just passed by and noticed them and I love a good, local coffee shop. Thoroughly enjoyed the Coco Loco. And they were able to do it for me as sugar free!
