this week my grandma and her friends had the displeasure of eating here. not only was the waitress rude but there was a clear difference in service between her and her more hispanic presenting friend. made clear by the waitress changing her entire demeanor when a white male entered the restaurant. the entire meal was made uncomfortable. it’s a shame that a hispanic would treat their own people that way…

Absolutely horrible, they don't care about a soul that walks into there store, they disrespect people and disregard there orders, they make assumptions instead of actually accounting for people orders. It's atmosphere is the worst you will be sitting there staring at the table beside you because there is no privacy, and don't get me started on the management, I don't know about the entire management but the woman I spoke to does not care what's so ever. if you have any self respect don't eat here. Also look at my reviews, I never leave a bad review. This place is the worst.

Have not eaten at IHOP in 8 years and really wanted some pancakes New Years Eve morning. Was seated and I asked about the $6 menu I had seen advertised the night before and was told they were not offering it during the holidays. Ordered our drinks and food and waited, waited and waited. When a couple who sat next to us came in 20 minutes after us got their food. The waitress really could not offer any reason why our food was not ready. Not to mention I had to keep asking her to refill my tea and she told us she made $2.00 an hour. We ended up leaving and I guess I won't be visiting IHOP for another 8 years.
