I ordered a 12 oz. New York Strip tonight on New Year's Eve. I ordered it medium, when it came out I asked for it to be cooked a tiny bit more. When they brought it out again, she asked me to cut into it. I tried but the entire steak was hard to cut and beyond even being well done. I didn't eat it. I ate mashed potatoes and the salad, that's all. I was really looking forward to a good steak tonight. 😒

I have a mixed review! I took my kids(4 of us) for Valentines for the first time ever, everything was great! Food, customer service,atmosphere…the marketing manager even gave us coupons for a free appetizer for the next time we came. Which brings me to our second time visiting, I told my sister about my experience so we decided to take the kids this Saturday.
