Took 18 minutes to get our meal for 3 people only to find out that they didn't have potato soup. I asked the lady when they found that out and she said oh about 5 minutes ago. paid extra for adding turkey only to find I didn't get that either.
My husband and I stopped by for lunch today. I hardly recognized my Schlotzsky’s original on the plate. Since when does it come with mustard oozing out of bun? The sourdough bun tasted strange also, like it was missing one of its essential ingredients! The taste was flat on the buns of both our sandwiches, and that mustard needs to go! When I walked in there was nobody at all in the lobby and no one at the counter. There was loud rap music playing from someone’s phone and I heard cussing and giggling from the back. After a few minutes she appeared and took my order. There was not one other person there. Fifteen minutes later after I finished my chips and drink I gathered my trash and waited again at the register another very rude girl asked if I needed anything.
