Ordered online and the food was amazing! We'll definitely put them on our go to places!
Carmen absolutely COOKED. Literally lol
I walked in expecting a regular little smoked turkey sandwich, but this baddie in the kitchen had other plans. She made that sandwich so bomb.
5 stars. Would let Carmen make me a sandwich again. Would recommend to anyone looking for decent food made by an absolute foodie. 💯🥪

Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli has both positive and negative aspects. The food is often described as delicious, and the GIANT sandwiches are a really good bang for your buck, with great ingredients and build quality. One customer loved the chicken avocado cobb salad, calling it excellent with an exceptional presentation. The sourdough bread is also a highlight.
However, the service is a major issue. Many customers report a long wait at the counter or drive-thru. One person waited 10 minutes at the speaker, and another was overcharged and given the wrong amount of money back. The drive thru is described as AWFUL, with very slow service even when the restaurant is not busy. Some customers were so disappointed they left without ordering.
On a positive note, one reviewer loved this location and said the food and service was exceptional, with a friendly and professional manager. Another praised the cleanliness, calling it the clearest place they have been in. The tea was also good. Overall, the food is great, but the service can be very slow and frustrating.
