I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.“

“The guys at this location near Walmart in Lufkin, were on point. There was a short delay in getting our order due to high customer volume. I was told up front about it and given the option to wait and they would bring it out, which they did. I forgot to ask for an extra marinara sauce and when I went in to buy it and the young man told me it was comped for the wait. I really appreciated that and the wait really wasn't too long. Great job guys!“

“I was just in there this evening about 5:15ish, and their staff was so accommodating and helpful! The sweet girls working the drive-through and the counter could not have been nicer. Same for the manager!!“

“We eat here all the time but is progressively getting worse. The food is delicious and I have no complaints with it. Their drive thru? AWFUL!!!! It is almost always at LEAST a 5 minute wait for them to get to the speaker to take your order. Today, we sat behind a truck for 10 minutes while he waited for the opportunity to give his order. We then finally get to the order box and they don’t say hello ease wait a moment, nothing. We sat there another 10 minutes waiting to give our order. My husband even said hello a couple times and NOTHING! We finally gave up and went somewhere else. There was a line of cars behind us that I feel sorry for. We absolutely love eating their food but may have to give it up if this type of service continues.

P.S. - There were only 2 cars parked at the restaurant so they were not crazy busy. Why does it always take them so long to take our orders?!“
