“Today 5/30/26 we encountered the rudest group of individuals dining during lunch. They were being 100% disrespectful to the employee running the front area. I wish I had gotten her name but she handled the situation with complete grace. To those individuals, you should be ashamed for bringing your no home training to a public place.“

“My most recent visit was definitely something to write about. I placed an order for pickup via phone which was taken by a call center rep. There was an issue processing my payment so I told the rep don't worry about it & that I would pay at the store & hung up. When I arrived for my order, the young lady (who appeared to be alone) advised me there was no order for me. I was perturbed to say the least as I was on my lunch break and didn't have but 15min remaining. She apologized for the call center mishap & offered to make my order right then, saying it would only take about 8min. I was reluctant but decided I would take the gamble. Well, LILLIAN not only met my expectations, she exceeded them. My pizzas were not only hot, fresh & correctly made, she met the provided time frame. Lillian was courteous, accommodating & problem solver. She turned what could have been a very disappointing experience into something that made my day.“

“They always get our order right and food is always well prepared and delicious. Staff is friendly, helpful and a joy to do business with. I always order extra black olives and other places rarely use enough for what I consider extra, but these guys give plenty extra every time.“

“I came on 9:20 at 10:33 p.m. The pizza I got was made horribly wrong. The guy's giving it to me to me pretty much had to deal with it and take it and leave. I was very upset honestly pissed off but I did cuz it was a Sunday and had a good Sunday at church. Came back today. 9/23 at 9:36 p.m. And his staff was very professional clean. They made the pizza for me. Thank you thank you to the manager Arturo greatly appreciate it man. My hat goes off to you. This is how pizza supposed to be made the first time. God bless y'all!“

“Update: I used the app to order food from here last night. I was certain to pick this Nacogdoches store. The app sent the order to a location in Houston that I had placed an order to over 3 months ago. When I arrived, there was no order for me and I was told I would have to contact the Houston store for a refund and pay again for my order. I spent the entire time they were remaking it, on hold with the Houston store with no answer. On my second call back in told the computer I needed to place an order, someone finally answered, but when I told him I needed a refund, he just hung up on me. I have since been told conflicting stories that they could have remade it without charging me (this store) and that only a regional manager can authorize a refund (corporate). I now have 2 hours invested in hold time between the two stores and corporate, but no one will process a refund or let me speak with anyone who can. order #1403537 Once they have your money, you are screwed.“
