“I have gone to this Freddy's location several times with my kids after their ball games! Recently I was diagnosed with some food sensitivity's that have made it hard to eat the same things at the places I like. When I came in this most recent time with my two boys, the manager on duty Sam was incredibly kind and helpful when answering my question. They were very knowledgeable and showed great customer service! We will definitely continue to frequent this location!“

“Taco Bell really nailed the new items. The Nacho Supreme dip is legit—fresh, flavorful, and way better than expected. The avocado ranch chicken stacker was hot, crispy, and actually filling. Everything tasted fresh, and the staff was genuinely friendly and efficient. Easily one of the better Taco Bell experiences I’ve had.“

“I order DoorDash more often than I probably should, and far too many of my Crunchwrap Supremes have arrived looking like they survived atmospheric reentry.
This time, I called ahead and politely asked if they could make sure it wasn’t burnt. Not only did these ladies take the request seriously, they absolutely delivered. The Crunchwrap was perfect.
It may seem like a small thing, but when someone actually listens and goes the extra mile, it makes a difference. I’m unreasonably happy about this.

“My wife and I just delivered a beautiful baby boy into this crazy world, and the only thing she wanted after was a BMT from Subway. The manager at this location was fantastic on the phone, incredibly professional, and even left us a super sweet note with our sammich. Thank you University Dr Subway manager. You not only made her perfect sandwich, you made our day.“

“I only came here because I travel for work and it was next door to my hotel. I haven't eaten that Burger King in about 15 years they had good reviews so i tried it. I got my chicken nuggets well done and my cheeseburger well done and she accommodated me with no problem . The lady that took my order was nice kind great smile she said she works at for 17 years that's great 👍🏾“

“Stopped in while on a trip for a good, quick sandwich to go. It was 8P on a Sun night, so only one server working, which was fine in that there were only a couple of folks ahead of me. The young man was quite friendly and helpful in assisting me in selecting a sandwich since it had been a minute since I had been in a Subway, and things had definitely changed! (like charging per inch of sandwich instead of a set price!). His recommendation based on what I liked was excellent, and he made it quickly and to order. Toasted sandwich was delicious! Will definitely stop by this store again!“

“My most recent visit was definitely something to write about. I placed an order for pickup via phone which was taken by a call center rep. There was an issue processing my payment so I told the rep don't worry about it & that I would pay at the store & hung up. When I arrived for my order, the young lady (who appeared to be alone) advised me there was no order for me. I was perturbed to say the least as I was on my lunch break and didn't have but 15min remaining. She apologized for the call center mishap & offered to make my order right then, saying it would only take about 8min. I was reluctant but decided I would take the gamble. Well, LILLIAN not only met my expectations, she exceeded them. My pizzas were not only hot, fresh & correctly made, she met the provided time frame. Lillian was courteous, accommodating & problem solver. She turned what could have been a very disappointing experience into something that made my day.“

“They always get our order right and food is always well prepared and delicious. Staff is friendly, helpful and a joy to do business with. I always order extra black olives and other places rarely use enough for what I consider extra, but these guys give plenty extra every time.“

“We go to Sonic almost every day and they've gotten to know us now but in the beginning we'd order several drinks, ranging from diets to sugar free and almost every other time, at least one would be regular and we'd have to have them redo it. And they almost always forgot the cheese sauce for my pretzels although I paid for them. But they would always fix it and most were polite about it. I still go almost every day so definitely doing something right!“
