“I'm just gonna say this, they have had a few bad apples. But no one will ever live up to dairyqueen, I placed an order prior to an unknown tornado/hail Storm. And when the power went out they went out side and hooked a car battery up to the cookers, just to finish my food. I told em "it was fine, just give me what you got done or my money back it's Alright, I'll live." They told me "nono well finish it for ya just a few minutes" That's a true loyalty to customers, that you won't find very often.“
“I’ve eaten at a lot of Whataburgers across the great state of Texas but the Whataburger I got in Center Texas was exceptionally good! ?????The only reason I gave 4 stars for the service is because I placed my mobile order 20 minutes out and it wasn’t ready when I got there and waited for about 5 to 10 minutes.“

“The service was great and the automsphire as well great. The wait time was a little slow but the wait was wearth it, are food came out hot and fresh. The chicken express team was very helpful. BUT, the only issue was when one of the team member went to the back, she came back with alot of soap suds on her head and then continued to take people orders like that and bag orders, when the young lady from the office came out and told her that this is a place of work and not the time to play around, she just gave her a go to he'll look and walked away, while another team member a young man said shut up to the young lady from the office. Um my point of view on this situation, as a manger myself those to young people would have a write up coming if not terminated for their actions. No matter if they like the manger on duty or not that person is the authority for that shift if they do t like it and can't be perfossional then this is not the job for them. The young manger deserves a raise and praise for the way the two young team member treated her.“
“A lot of people love to complain about the service at sonic and how either they are slow, rude, always get your order wrong or what ever else they think of off the top of their head. Keep in mind this entire store is ran by mainly teenagers who have never had another job. Imagine standing on your feet 8 hours straight in the heat having to deal with rude people one after the other who think nothing but less of service workers. It's frustrating. Their are so many ignorant people who have no idea what others go through and I'm sure some will come up with and excuse that will counteract my explanations but just think about it. Yes some days will be better than others but just be patient. Obviously stop going to the damn establishment if your constantly having problems, or do you just want to start an argument with a teenager because your life is so boring and pathetic?My rating for Sonic is 5 stars because I know first hand what these people have to go through and the fact some of them have done this for years on end is truly amazing.“
“The people who work here are friendly and efficient. They work with what they have. For some reason they are not getting the breads that they are supposed to have and haven't been for months. I had a choice of white wheat or flatbread. No Italian or others and they don't expect to get them either“
“Usually, the person taking orders at the drive-through speaks so fast it's hard to understand, but the last few times it hasn't been that way. Pleasant greetings at ordering, money collection window, and again when given our food. The food was good, and the service was good.“
“I would give 5 stars if they operated as smoothly during the day as they do at night as, though they make it right each time, the day shift has made my order wrong each and every time I've gotten something from them in the last two months.
