If you want your order correct, you absolutely HAVE to go during the day, during lunch hours!!! Because if you wait & go during the evening or night hours, once the (sweet) main Manager is already gone, they will absolutely mess up your whole entire order, unfortunately. Because the food itself is delicious, it's fast, always hot, & affordable. But the night crew will always screw up the food.
Customer service could use some working on. It's changed over the years. I used to go there and get the best service, the manager made a point to speak to you and see how you were doing...not anymore.
