Ordered two sandwiches and some tiny tacos, they got the fry order wrong and the fries they did give us were cold. Pulled back through the drive through and got attitude from the cashier. Absolutely ridiculous!

The food at this Jack in the Box has always been borderline, like you’re not sure if it will be bad or not because it’s convenient you don’t mind taking the chance. After today I will NOT go back. The food was substandard. Everything was ice cold. Cold fries, not just partially warm fries, they were COLD, along with the cheese on the tacos and the cheese on the cheese fries. Completely horrible. If I’m hungry for jack in the box i will drive across town long before i would ever go back to this location. Completely terrible

Hours of operation are suppose to be 6a- 11p. Went in at 9:45p and the silly girl said we had to go through the drive through. Horrible service. It’s ridiculous that these folks were too lazy to take an order. We are truck drivers and should be able to eat when we need too. If the sign says 6a-11p that’s what it should be. Poor service
I will never go back to this location again. Someone needs to supervise the children working there and explain when a customer orders no pickles that you don’t remove pickles and send out the burger. In doing that the bun is saturated with the pickle juice and still tastes like soggy wet pickle filled mush. Pure lazy and no thought to customer satisfaction or service. Threw the whole thing in trash.

Their hours of operation sign says the lobby is open at 6am. Walked from my semi truck parked at the next door pilot to the store at 6:45. Doors locked, and lobby lights not turned on. And I really had a want for an ultimate sausage sandwich. If the lobby opens at 6am, I expect to be able to go in and order something any time after that.

The jack and the box on frank Street in Lufkin Texas, is literally the WORST fast food place I've EVER been to the "manager" Mike is the rudest person I've ever met and makes everyone in the restaurant on edge. I will NEVER go there again.
