I ordered the new fiery pizza yesterday it was amazing definitely the best pizza in Lufkin for sure! Staff is very friendly and gave me crushed red pepper as requested and didn’t try to charge me for it like the competitors do! Thank you I will be back soon.

Great customer service. The person at the desk explained each item to me so I knew exactly what I was ordering. I decided on the pizzoli and a Greek salad. Very ample portions. Salad was fresh and crisp. Definitely enough for 2 people.

Pizza was 40 minutes late and cold. Delivery driver called me and said it was the wrong address on the ticket. The ticket is taped to the box with correct address on it!!! Very disappointed!

Would have gave them no stars but 1 is what they get since you have to put something. 2 days in a row I have been sent to Marcos Pizza to pick up Doordash orders. Encountered the store manager both times. Yesterday she was very rude & didn't want to give me the customers order. Then she brought it to the counter & threw it on the counter & the customers food fell in the floor. She would not remake it. Today got sent there twice just to have deal with rudeness. She has been the only person working the store Wonder why? It's clearly obvious it's her attitude. Would not advise anyone to eat there after what happened with the food.

We had a wonderful lunch on Sunday at Lufkin's Marco's Pizza. The staff was so welcoming especially Colleen. The pizza was delicious . Thank you for making Sunday lunch special.
I ordered delivery through the app, and was told it would take 30 minutes to get to me. After an hour had passed I called the store and the “Manager” answered the phone. I explained what was going on and he said they were backed up. (Which is fine but it would have been nice to get a heads up). He said it would be here in another 30 minutes. Another hour passes by so i call back and the manager was super rude!! Every time I spoke he just stayed quiet and would not help me what-so-ever. Needless to say. I never received my pizza. I eventually got a refund for my order, and was told “I can give you a free pizza next time but that’s all I can do” I’m a rude tone may i add. I love Marcos pizza, and I have met the owner who is a very sweet man and really cares for his restaurant. I just believe that manager is not fit for customer service. And will not be recommending delivery to anyone in my hotel who asks.

We ordered a 15 pc garlic parmesan wings curbside .I get their and they notify me that its ready at 8.01 so at 8.06 I call and they immediately put me on hold.5 minutes on hold I go inside and they say how can I help you.i say how much longer on my order and they ask what name .I tell them and they proceed to get it from their hot place .so I ask him how long has that been their and he says only 10 minutes.so I tell him well I been waiting that long in my car outside waiting for yall to bring it since it was a curbside order and they answer back no curbside don't mean that.at that moment i was flabbergasted.curbside chic fil a and pelican point and anywhere else they bring you the order.now either that worker was being a smart mouth or just clueless.by the way they was standing their twiddling their thumbs.they even asked for the make and model of the car.whats the point if your not gonna bring the order to me

I’ve never had to wait more than 2 hours to order 2 pizza’s. Even left a nice tip on the app. You would think they would call you to let you know that they’re backed up, Or just let you know on the app that it will be delayed. Unacceptable. Never ordering delivery from Marco’s ever.
