We ordered a medium all meat pizza today cut in eighths. It had maybe one or two small pieces of meat and what seemed like a half pound of cheese on each slice. They used to be my favorite pizza place but things seem to be going down.

This place used to be amazing, but it has gone downhill SO BAD! It takes about an hour and a half anymore to get your pizza delivered, and MOST (not all) of the staff are RUDE! They put you on hold for several minutes when you call, and even forget about you holding on. Call back and it's the same thing. I understand things get frustrating if it's busy, but #1 rule is to ALWAYS have great customer service, and they break that rule ALL. THE. TIME. They act as if it's the customer's fault if something isn't right, and they let it be known through their tone of voice how reluctant they are willing to make things right. I've gone months without ordering from them, hoping it was just a bad spell, but apparently, things have not changed. It's a shame because the food is pretty good, but not worth the money, nor the rudeness.

Horrible service and horrible atmosphere. We placed an online order and needed to update one item. We called three separate times and were put on hold until the call disconnected each time. On all three calls, a rude gentleman stated, “It will be 30 minutes WAIT before I can get to your call.” SIR HOW ARE YOU GOING TO PUT SOMEONE ON HOLD FOR 30MIN? Am I calling my phone company? And the automated hold system only keeps you on hold for so long till you get disconnected. The entire experience was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful.
Highly do not recommend.

This pizza is equivalent to a Little Caesars or Pizza Hut, nothing special at all. Even Domino's Pizza is better. Im making these comments not to be mean or harsh but rather as a straight-forward and honest opinion for the ownership and patrons to consider.

I’ve wanted to try Marc’s for a long time, but there are none close to where I live. I finally got to try Marco’s for the first time today. I was not disappointed, I got the pepperoni magnifico. I was awsome great flavor, lots of toppings and the price was great. I eat pizza at least 8 times a month and this was the best I’ve had in years.
