Waited 20 minutes for my food after I checked into the drive thru. They completely forgot about me until I called and they offered me a cookie for my wait and my cold food that had been ready the whole time.

A few days ago I went to see how about a catering order and spoke with the manager and he was so delightful and helpful. He helped in finding the right sandwiches and stayed within the budget for the event. The sandwiches were devoured by the attendees. Great service and food always. Thanks so much McAlisters

I had this coupon for a free sandwich , free stuff seems skeptical but the cashier, Jayci Alexander helped me out with it and worked out at the end , service was amazing and it was fast and warm welcoming, sandwich was made with love fasho๐ the sweet tea was sweet tea ๐ฅ give jayci a promotion cause the service was like a 5 star restaurant

First visit here. The food was tasty. Very friendly service. The plated presentation leaves something to be desired. The sandwiches were a bit slapped together. Enjoyed the outdoor seating because the inside was freezing. Would visit again.
