Absolutely horrible service. Waited in line inside for almost 10 minutes while watching the staff grab online and drive-thru orders to fill. There were several people in line behind me as well, waiting.
Even if there are multiple drive-thru orders, you do not ignore the inside patrons. Have the same number of people dedicated to filling window orders as you would for dine-in.

We went in a little after 11 and most dishes were very low and not hot. We had to wait for fried rice. Honestly, cook was making it when we walked in. Not a long wait. It just was not the best that day.

Just stopped in to place an order. Nothing was fresh. I asked about getting fresh food and was told they stop making food at 9pm. They close at 10:30 pm. Extremely disappointed 😞 Guess I'll have to go somewhere else. 😞 I wish now I had taken a pic of the food.
The food there is very dangerous! I don't know what exactly can go wrong but probably a lot, if you want to get sick and feel poisoned 5 minutes after your meal you should go and try it out, if not don't go there, go somewhere else. You got warned!

Me, and my partner just had this experience at Panda Express in Lufkin Texas... We walked in, approached the counter, and were greeted by the young lady, who said," I'll be right with you. She then walked away, in order to fill a drive through order. We stood there like mouth breathing fools, for 10 minutes, until we walked out. I told the young lady, " you should worry about your customers, who bothered to come inside". I also told her, I'd be calling her corporate office. We subsequently left, and went to Newk's across the street. I highly recommend Newk's. We were served promptly, and courteously. "Thank you, Newk's!" "Shame on you, Panda Express".

Always love this food. Love the app to get deals and discounts. You can get a family meal and we fed 6 people with it. Good food at a good price. And it's fast food, what a treat.
