“This was a great place to eat. Think of a Jason's Deli type sandwich shop. I gave it 4 stars in service because the guy who took my order couldn't answer any questions about the food. Mustard/mayonnaise potato salad? Blank. Dressing options? Blank. He was a nice guy.“

“Food was good kind of pricey for sandwiches but lots of meat on my New York sandwich 2.99 extra for salad — my wife got French beef dip sandwich not a lot of beef on it — but the blueberry strawberry raspberry vinaigrette salad was large and she said taste good $34 for 2 lunches“

“Chick fil has always been one of my favorite places to go. They always have such great chicken sandwiches. Their Waffle fries are the bomb. I understand that they are a Christian organization and that is great. But I really wish that they would open up on Sundays because I find myself with few options on Sunday because I just don't like to go to a lot of places.“

“Okay, let me just say this: I’ve eaten at Chick-fil-A for years and I know manager material when I see it. And honey, Alan Gamboa? HE. IS. IT.
This man isn’t even a manager (yet!) and he’s already doing manager things. Like??? He steps in when people are slacking, keeps his cool when the lunch rush is insane, and somehow STILL manages to be nice to literally everyone (even the customers who ask for 12 sauces for one nugget). 🙄💅
He’s the type that shows up early, stays late, and actually cares about the job, not just clocking in and out. And don’t even get me started on his work ethic. Alan doesn’t just go the extra mile, he builds the whole highway.
I’ve seen managers with less leadership in their whole body than Alan has in his pinky. Give this man a title, a headset, and some authority already. Trust me, the store would run smoother and morale would skyrocket.
If he’s not manager material, then I don’t know what is. End of story.“

“.My family has been going to this Olive Garden for nearly 10 years. We had only had two issues our entire time going to this establishment. One being, we had simply horrible service from an employee named “Jae.” We had a medium sized group come in a few weeks prior and we were incredibly disappointed. He did not bring drinks in a timely manner, acted as if WE were inconveniencing HIM, and got 4/8 dishes wrong. The next time we went, we were sat with him again. My husband went to the hostess and asked her if we could have a different server. She was immediately on it, apologized for the previous experience, got her manager and an another server to our table immediately. She also offered to get us our drinks, salads and soups and get our order started right away. I think her name was Megan? She told us that she was sorry for the poor experience before and that it was not acceptable. She seemed very eager to help and turned our experience into a positive one, just on attitude alone! Very sweet girl. Something mr “Jae” could definitely learn from. Our server Skylar was also excellent, everything was brought out on time AND CORRECT! Thank you Megan and Skylar!“
