First time visiting this Sonic. We went for milkshakes and the service was extremely quick and the milkshakes were amazing! Plenty of spaces to pull into!

The wait time is always outrageous, hire more people. You get one item and wait 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Had to leave after waiting over 30 min. Brought me the wrong food once, waited more and just had to leave because I had to go back to work. Tried calling for a refund and guess what, they also don’t answer the phone!

Pulled in to pick up order that was ordered before I arrived, I have currently been sitting here for 25 minutes, still havent received order. The order is 1 order of chicken bites, an order of cheese sticks and 2 drinks.

I don't know what was in the bottom of my M&M blast just now but I've NEVER tasted anything so rancid in my life and I've never tried so hard to throw up something. It was as though they had a leftover cup half full of ice cream from yesterday, left in the sun and then dipped in a wrecked toilet that they then proceeded to fill and give to me. Absolutely disgusting - in 47 years I've never had anything so bad. That's the last time I visit any Sonic! P.s. I've never written a review so fast after an experience either! Beware of this place!

The Sonic on North Street has to be my favorite yet. The girls are always friendly and very fast. I order usually for 5 people and they get it out in 15 to 20 minutes and it's fresh.

Love my vanilla Diet DP with easy ice! I will say it seems things have improved. Service seems much better and the card readers at the stalls work.
Horrible service. They said they could not hear in the system so someone came out and handed me a paper and asked me to write down my order. There they did not put in the order right. After 45 min I received cold food. Totally unacceptable. They did not know how to run an amx card so they told me it was declined but it was not and then took another 10 min to get change for cash

I went here to eat today and ordered a smash burger with only tomatoes and extra mayo and when I got home it had nothing but lettuce and no seasoning at all. My fries were not fresh and so greasy I couldn't eat them. No cheese sauce with my pretzel which again tasted like it had been sitting out a while. My daughter's burger had mayo which I asked for plain and dry. My drink, a limeade with cranberry and vanilla, tasted like lemonade and my daughter's chocolate shake tasted like vanilla. No chocolate taste at all. It was all pretty nasty and I will not be back. Plus the wait was close to 30 minutes and they weren't even busy. Never again.
