Update to my review below. I just had the complete opposite experience given the same scenario. Put my order in 5 minutes prior to arriving. Checked in while I noticed they were super busy. I must have waited 30 or 40 SECONDS before someone had my drink in my hand. Don't know what happened but I'll add a star every time that happens.
