“Fast service. Perfectly made drinks. Unusual lecture in the drive thru.
I am not a frequent Starbucks customer. I prefer ordering from the app because quite honestly Starbucks always confuses me. As we were driving by on a whim I suggested we start our morning of holiday shopping with Starbucks, the car agreed. So we turned in and placed our order from the app, then proceeded to the drive thru.
When handing us our coffee, the barista said, “next time, place your order further in advance of when you arrive.” Then just closed the window. No thank you or anything similar.
Everything else was perfect, now I’m just curious, how is placing the order by the app any different than placing it at the speaker in the drive thru?“
“Only thing I can say bad is Google said it has a drive thru, it doesn't. But Everytime I go there the staff is friendly and the product is great. Having worked for this location years ago I'm glad to see the standards are still in place.“

Their Pike Place coffee is simple, reliable, and always seems to hit the spot, especially when I just want a straightforward cup of coffee without any surprises.“
