While the service is great every time I go, the manager or someone needs to keep the restaurant staffed with more than one person. The last few times I’ve been the manager isn’t even there apparently. How do you care about your workers SO little when they obviously do SO much?
We were helped by Mariah and had a bit of a large order, she was kind and patient with us and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, best customer service I've had from a subway. Wishing I lived closer to this location + they weren't out of meatballs like most locations seem to be every time I feel the craving coming on.
Nothing wrong with customer service or food, but I am disappointed that the call in orders have been discontinued. I'm a single mother of 4 and it's so much easier to call in and use the drive thru.
