My son was attacked by a dog today, and was having a really bad time. Jose O. went out of his way to find my son a lightning McQueen toy for his happy meal to brighten his day. It small acts of kinds like this that show the character of a person. He's an A+ employee and I hope he goes on to achieve great things. Keep up the good work!
I recently visited the McDonald's located at 3301 S First St in Lufkin, TX, and I had a wonderful experience. From start to finish, the quality of food and the friendliness of the staff really stood out.First and foremost, the food at this McDonald's was excellent. The employees here have not messed my biscuit and Hash brown with grape jam order up for 5 months straight that I've been frequenting this establishment... food has been perfect, and everyone has been cordial and professional...
